Issue One
Welcome Home, to Whiskey Company, where through this Newsletter we will be documenting our Journey. The Good, The Bad and the Whiskey. Make sure to read Thoroughly, you won’t want to miss what’s to come.
January – A Time for goodbye, and a time for hellos. Where we look upon the future with glory and hope. An entire year at our disposal, and nothing but our minds to hold us back. We predict a booming year for Whiskey Company full of trials and tribulations with a hint of good times.

Guard of the Month
January’s Guard of the Month is Cadet Gatina, Who Joined on the Ninth of January. She has shown resilience and integrity in the time since she joined and has continued to do her very best.
“Arriving in Stormwind with nothing but determination and curiosity, I sought to find my place in this vast and bustling city. I’ve always valued making genuine connections, and by the end of my first day, I was already meeting people, sharing smiles, and before the first week, hearing my name called in greeting. One moment stood out, a citizen approached me, bypassing others, and asked if I could help find her lost friends. That trust, given so freely, meant everything to me. My greatest achievement this month has been earning the welcome and trust of this incredible community, turning a new city into a home.” – Cadet Gatina

Enlistment
Ever wondered about Enlisting? Maybe you have a friend or Family member in need of a Job. It can be a difficult choice to make, so allow us to talk you through the process. Informed Minds make better choices.
Inform a Member of Whiskey Company, Preferably at City Hall, Home of Whiskey Company. From there, A Recruiter will sit you down inside for the Paperwork.
The Recruitment form will ask questions such as: Your name, Age, Race, Next of Kin, Skill Set, Previous Experience in Law, Military or other related Jobs, Criminal history and Important Medical History.
You’ll be expected to sign the form- But fear not, We’re not asking for your soul. Simply that all information is up to date and correct. Be warned, lying on your enlistment form could be subject to legal action.
Upon joining, you are agreeing to upholding the law, Protecting Crown and Kingdom and insuring you follow the very laws you sware to protect. Breaking the law after this point is considered more sever, due to the trust placed into you by the Crown.
A Member will then take you to get “Kitted” out. In other words, collecting your armour and other necessary gear, such as Badge, Buzzbox and Handcuffs. Following suite is a tour of the HQ. Don’t panic if you still get lost or confused- you can always ask for another tour!
At some point during this posedure, a Picture will be taken for your form. This can help identify you better. Try and avoid Enlistment on a Bad Hair day!

Crime
An Important Part of Crime analysis is to look at the statistics of crime within an area. Whiskey is of course not the only Law Enforcement within the City, Meaning this will be an incomplete look at the City as a whole, but more a look at the personal Record of Whiskey Company.
The most common crime this month was Greater Bodily Harm making up roughly 11.76% of all crimes dealt with by Whiskey Company.
Definition of Greater Bodily Harm : A Person is Guilty of Greater Bodily Harm if they inflict significant physical harm, calculated to interfere with a person’s health, to another person.
Grade: 5
Overall Fourty-Eight Reports were made this Month. Of those 16.67% were Guard Logs, recording calls out that did not result in any investigation or reports. 6.25% of those were Medical Logs, detailing where a Medic needed to aid someone. And 77.08% of those were reports dealing with crimes.
Notices
Dealing with Other Companies at a Crime Scene! If you find yourself Stumbling upon a Crime Scene where another Law Enforcement Company is already dealing with the case, It is Whiskey’s Policy to ask them if they are alright, and if they require any aid. Should they accept- Defer to them for what they need, and perform it with the utmost respect. Should they decline- Wish them a good day, and go about your business. There can be an exception made for when a battle is on-going, whether to help in fighting, healing, crowd control or removal.
Other Military and Law Enforcement! Remember to be polite to other Units. If you feel there is an issue, please address an Officer of Whiskey Company. Whether that be personal or law related.
Food and Drink! Do –not– accept any food or drink while on duty. Your safety is our top priority. Accepting such while on duty, may lead to illness, poisoning or even death.
Buzzbox Communication! Remember when talking through any kind of Buzzbox device, whether old or new, to keep up with proper communication. State your name, intentions and end with Over. Never use “Over and Out” as it contradicts itself.

Cadet’s Quote of the Month
“I personally have no interest in military, politics or law enforcement, however joining Whiskey did give me a way of consistent income, as well as aligning with my own aspect of being a protector. Whiskey Company is an odd bunch, the company is build up of various races and personalities. And while this makes the company very chaotic, it also gives a familiar feel of longing to fit in. I have only been with the company for little under a week as of writing this, yet I have already seen a lot, from conflicts within, to the teamwork and compassion shown on the streets. Whiskey seems like a family, while there are spats and arguments, there is still fellowship and laughter among the same people. While this is what I feel about Whiskey Company as a whole, there are those that stands at opposition of my beliefs and I of their, not everyone are meant to get along. I enjoy the companionship that the company brings, and even though as a recruit I still do not know all that I need to, the higher ranks are there if I need help or have questions.”” – Cadet Bellnora

Guard Written Story
Water, Water, Water..
The Thunder rolls across a worn out sky, shaking the very fabric of the kingdom. Every house rattled and groaned, every tree moaned. The Rain hit down at a terrifying speed, causing holes to form in well used roofs. Soon it began dripping down and onto the unsuspecting citizens. Tucked away in her cold Bed, The Farmers wife felt the droplets coming down onto her head. Soaking through the old blanket, and ruining whatever she had managed to conjure up of safety.
Slowly she rose, coming to shaky cold feet. This was not the first time the sky had attempted to flood them. The Steps were clear in her mind- A Bucket would solve most of there current problems, and prevent further ones. She Grabbed the dying candle off her nightstand, using it, and the sparks of lightning to guide her across the house. Her first location to look for a Bucket to save her bed, was the Kitchen. Scavenging through cubads, she saw no hope of salvation.
She leaned onto the counter, and her eyes flickered to the old, bendy barn, a Dim light echoing through the darkness. “He Ought not be workin’ at such hours.” Mumbled the tired house wife. Slowly she slid on a tall pair of boots, shoved on her husbands oversized coat and made her way out into the storm. The water penetrated her skin, leaving cold icy indents on her bones. Thunder rattled her, knocking her off her feet and into the dark mood. If not for the Lightning striking down, threatening to end her, she would not be able to see her destination.
With determination she dragged herself into the barn, spotting her beloved husbands back turned to her. “Dear what are you-” No sooner had she spoken, she erupted in a loud anguished scream. Before her was no Farm boy. His Skin Clammy, dripping. His Eyes melting out of there sockets- and a sloshing, bellowing sound as he brought them into an enteral marshland.
– Junior-Constable Cynthia Wright
Officer’s Quote of the Month
“As we Approach a Year since my appointment at Whiskey, I think about the effect it’s had on my life. A Shy Child turned Awkward Adult. I Failed to grasp social arrangements, and my confidence plummeted with every setback. Joining was hardly an easy feat. In Hindsight, I was making mountains out of molehills. Being apart of this Company is one of my greatest achievements. This Community comes with Ease, and it is one i am proud to serve and look after. As a wise man once told me “It is not in the life we live, but in the future we leave behind.” Thank you.” – Captain Daphne Lawrence
